Some units need to move individually rather than inside containers. Lexus Container Line assesses breakbulk options against the cargo dimensions, lifting requirements, port capability and available vessel service.
Large machinery, fabricated structures and project units may require a non-containerised solution. The assessment starts with transport drawings and the full cargo list. Vessel suitability, loading method and discharge arrangements must all work together before an option is proposed.
A suitable vessel is only part of the movement. Port access, lifting capacity, storage requirements, handling windows and onward transport can determine the practical route. Services outside the ocean leg are included only where agreed, with specialist partners engaged as needed.
Cargo protection should reflect the expected handling and voyage conditions. Identify sensitive surfaces, moisture exposure, removable components and securing restrictions. Packing design and technical certification must be settled with the appropriate cargo and handling specialists.
Provide a unit-by-unit packing list, drawings, weight, dimensions, lifting points, photos and the receiving deadline. Explain site restrictions and whether the shipment must move together or can be split. We assess available options without promising a fixed sailing before carrier confirmation.
