Ocean freight services

The right ocean service for your cargo.

From a few pallets to a dedicated container or an oversized industrial unit, the starting point is the same: understand the cargo, then choose the service. Lexus Container Line coordinates ocean freight to and from Singapore and between international markets, with container haulage to support the inland movement.

01

Standard container cargo

FCL gives your shipment dedicated container capacity. LCL combines smaller consignments in shared capacity. Compare the complete costs, handling stages, cargo sensitivity and timing rather than making the decision on volume alone.

  • FCL: dedicated container capacity
  • LCL: smaller commercial consignments
  • Origin and destination scope by agreement
02

Specialised ocean movements

Reefer cargo requires a defined product and temperature profile. Oversized cargo needs technical drawings and equipment review. Vehicles may suit RoRo or containers. Dangerous goods require cargo-specific documentation and carrier approval before acceptance.

03

A Singapore-based coordinating partner

As a non-vessel-operating common carrier and freight forwarder, Lexus coordinates ocean transport using vessel-operating carriers and regional partners. The quotation and transport documents establish the contracting parties and agreed responsibilities, with origin and destination services included where specified.

04

Connect sea, air and land

Our in-house freight forwarding team also assesses Sea–Air, Air–Sea and sea–land combinations. Share the complete route, cargo-ready date and delivery deadline so the modes, transfer points and handovers can be reviewed together.

05

Connect the port with the inland movement

Container haulage can be assessed alongside ocean freight or as a separate movement. Share the collection and delivery locations, container details, cargo weight and loading arrangements. The agreed scope can include port collection, factory or warehouse delivery, export positioning and empty-container return.

06

Build the route around the shipment

Our scope includes Singapore imports and exports and cross-trade movements between overseas markets. Service availability, transshipment points, equipment and cutoffs are checked for each shipment. Tell us your cargo-ready date and receiving requirements before a route is selected.
