Rates and acceptance are confirmed only after the required safety and shipment documentation is reviewed.
Acceptance is cargo- and route-specific
A previous shipment approval does not establish acceptance for a new route or sailing. Share the current Safety Data Sheet, correct classification, packaging details and quantity. Any applicable declaration must be prepared by the responsible party; our coordination does not replace the shipper’s classification and packing obligations.
Disclose restrictions before requesting a rate
Tell us about batteries, chemicals, aerosols and other potentially regulated materials at the outset. Carrier and terminal restrictions can affect equipment, stowage and timing. Undeclared or incorrectly described cargo must not be treated as ordinary general cargo.
